Phillip John Edman, born on 24 August 1970 in Tamworth, New South Wales, has been a notable figure in Western Australia’s political landscape and business community. Migrating to Western Australia in 1976, Edman’s early career was rooted in entrepreneurship as he owned and managed a successful cabinet making business, showcasing his knack for leadership and business acumen.

Political Career and Community Service

Phil Edman’s venture into politics was driven by a commitment to public service and community development. He made his initial political attempts by contesting the House of Representatives seat of Brand for the Liberal Party in 2004 and 2007.
